Materials:
3 tablespoons olive oil
1 onion (chopped piyazlik)
750 g of fresh beans
1 teaspoon salt
1 cup water
For the above:
1 cup strained yogurt
2 cloves of garlic
1 tablespoon butter
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon chili flakes
Preparation:
Cook the onions with the olive oil until tender. Add the fresh beans to it and roast for about 10 minutes until it turns a vivid green color. Add salt and water to the roasted beans, cover and cook with the lid closed for about 15 minutes until the beans are tender. Place the cooked and drained beans on a serving plate and drizzle with garlic yogurt and chili flakes heated in oil and serve.
