Materials;
250 grams of ground beef
1 cup of fine bulgur
1 medium-sized onion (finely chopped)
1 teaspoon tomato paste
3-4 tablespoons olive oil
Salt, pepper, pulbiber, powdered red pepper
Dry reyhan (be sure to add it adds a very nice flavor)
A pinch of parsley
4-5 pieces of zucchini
Sauce to add to the stuffed ones
1 teaspoon tomato paste
1.5 -2 cups hot water
Salt, olive oil
For the inner material, we take the minced meat into a container, add the finely chopped bulgur, very finely chopped onions, parsley, tomato paste, olive oil, spices and salt and knead well.
We first peel the zucchini thinly, scratch it with a fork and wash it. We cut the zucchini about the size of two fingers and carve the inside with a carver or spoon. We put the mortar we have prepared into it and put it in the pot. Sprinkle salt on it, drizzle with olive oil, mix the tomato paste juice, pour it over, put it on the January stove and cook. Because I use a cast iron pot, it cooked on low heat for 15-20 minutes after boiling. Then we open the lid of the pot and put it in the oven and fry it a little in a 200° oven.
When the first temperature is gone, we take it to the plate and add yogurt and the water and oil of the dish to it and serve. Enjoy your meal
